Every year the villas of Fiesole re-open the doors of their gardens from April the 11th, thanks to the Municipality of Fiesole in collaboration with AIAPP-Associazione Italiana di Architettura del Paesaggio.
The gardens, usually closed to the public, will once again be open for visits under the guidance of a landscape architect who will illustrate the details, history and secrets of these magnificent places.
The villas and their gardens, in addition to the beauty of the structure and the landscape itself, also offer breathtaking views and panoramas that in spring are coloured with thousands of nuances thanks to the seasonal flowering.
Visits take place on Thursdays (with exceptions) in April, May, June, September and October.
To take part, reservations must be made by calling the number +39 055.055 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on the Monday prior to the visit.
The number of places is limited.
The ticket price is €5.00 for adults and €3.00 for children aged 7 to 18. Admission is free for children up to 6 years of age.
